JUMP TO THE CHALLENGE IN 2025!

Our skydiving shenanigans for 2024 are complete but … you can register your interest for some airborne antics in 2025 and experience the biggest adrenaline rush of your life!

This is your chance to skydive from 11,000ft (up to a maximum of 15,000ft) with fully qualified British Parachute Association instructors, reaching speeds of approximately 120mph.

This event is the best way to experience freefall and get a taste of this adrenaline fuelled extreme sport… whether jt be for a milestone birthday, to conquer your fear or tick it off your bucket list, why not sign up now and help children and young people with disabilities.

FUNDRAISING & COSTS

We require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your place which covers a small proportion of the actual jump cost.  In addition we then ask each participant to raise a minimum of £450 in sponsorship which can be done via our Justgiving event link (event link tbc) or by paper sponsorship forms.

HOW TO SIGN UP

Please email/contact fundraising@rainbowhub.org to register your interest.

JUMP REQUIREMENTS

Age is just a number, although we have to start somewhere!
To do a tandem skydive, you will need to be at least 16 years old and have your parent or legal guardian’s permission until age 18. Please ensure you bring your ID with you if you are under 18. There is no upper age limit, but applicants aged 70 and over should request a British Parachute Associate Medical Certificate for completion by their doctor before their skydive.

With skydiving, weight is essential
Nobody likes to talk about their weight, but with skydiving, it is essential for your and your instructors safety that we have to work within certain parameters.
The minimum allowable weight for any course is 8 stone, the maximum allowable weight for any course is 13 stone for females and 15 stone for males, but body mass index will also be taken into account. We appreciate that some people will fall outside of these limits, but are still fit and active, so if this is the case, please call the office to discuss your individual requirements.
Please don’t be offended if you are weighed on the day. It is a requirement of all of our jumpers, and you will be asked to step on the scales prior to jumping.
