Rainbow Hub is a charity whose unique and diverse services are brightening the lives of disabled children and young people, as well as their families.
Imagine performing the everyday actions most of us take for granted. These are no small victories. These are families rising to the challenges of living with neurological and physical conditions. Watch our film to see how much it means to achieve something and prove everyone wrong.
Families are right at the heart of Rainbow Hub. Based in Mawdesley, Lancashire, we’re a charity providing therapeutic services for children and young people with physical disabilities as a result of a neurological condition or brain injury.
Since 2001, we’ve supported up to as many as 85 families per week, helping children to reach their full potential and gain more independence through fun, hands-on activities, while giving their parents the vital support they deserve.
No other organisation offers such a diverse range of services aimed at improving the physical, social and emotional well-being of children with complex needs, as well as reducing the stress and isolation in their families.
In a complete contrast to NHS services, our purpose-built site offers a picturesque country escape with a unique family first approach. It’s safe, friendly, free of charge to families and accessible to all. Backed by a robust fundraising strategy, strong board of trustees and clear vision to brighten the lives of disabled children.
